Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to cycling accessories purchased from Elbowsiascrub through our website or by direct enquiry. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

Please include your order reference, the product name, and the reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a returns address within 3 business days.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery
• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In original packaging with all tags and accessories included
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct an amount for diminished value if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

4. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Shipping costs paid at the time of order are refundable only where the entire order is cancelled within the cooling-off period.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order through our contact form.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return unless faulty:

• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
• Products that have been used on rides or show wear beyond inspection
• Items returned after the 14-day cancellation period without a valid fault claim

9. Digital and Informational Services

Our group cycling coordination platform, route listings, and journal features are provided free of charge and are not subject to this Return Policy. This policy applies only to physical products sold through our Gear page.
